Oh, my dear, I’m so excited to share the step-by-step process of making my famous Beef Stew with Chuck using the Blade Meat Tenderizer Tool. It’s a recipe near and dear to my heart, and I hope it becomes one of your favorites, too.

Step 1: Let’s Tender Beef

Start Press XSpecial Meat Tenderizer Tool on the beef pieces. Press the blades of the tenderizer into the meat, which will help break down the tough fibers and make them more tender. This will take about 5 minutes, depending on the size of the chuck roast. Now that the beef is tender, let go to the next step.  Alright, guys!

Step 2: Cut The Chuck Roast into Cubes

All right, grab a trusty knife and a cutting board. Place that chuck roast on the board and cut it up into beef cubes – make sure to keep ’em all the same size. Keep slicing away until the whole chuck roast is chopped up.

Step 3: Sear The Meat

Afterward, warm 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a spacious pan at medium-high temperature. When the oil has reached the optimum temperature, include the beef and cook the meat for 5-7 minutes to brown it on all sides. This method adds flavor to the stew and cooks the meat evenly.

Step 4: Saute or Stir-Fried the Carrots, Onions, and all the Veggies

Combine the diced onion, minced garlic, diced carrots, and diced celery in the identical frying pan. Cook the vegetables until they become tender and smell delightful, approximately cook time 5-7 minutes. This will enhance the stew meat taste

Step 5: Get the Veggies and The Chuck Meat in the slow cooker, stew pot, or Dutch oven.

Move the stir-fried vegetables and add the beef into the Dutch pot, crock pot, or pot for stews, or heavy cooking dishes. Add the 4 cups beef broth, tomato paste, dried thyme, and bay leaf, and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together and confirm that the beef is entirely simmered in beef broth with potatoes.

Step 6: Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Cover and cook on a Dutch pot, crock pot, pot for stews, or heavy cooking dishes and let the stew simmer over low heat for 8-10 hours. Slow cook or high heat for 4-6 hours. Let it cook. This will make beef stew in the fusion of all the flavors and tenderize the beef even more.

Step 7: Enjoy and Serve The Best Beef Stew with Red Wine

After cooking the stew, remove the bay leaf and thoroughly blend all ingredients. The texture should be thick and gratifying, perfect for a chilly evening. Serve it in bowls and enjoy it with a slice of hard bread or crackers paired with a glass of red wine.

Now, my dear, here are a few tips and tricks to make beef stew even more flavorful and tender:

– Use grass-fed Chuck roast for the best flavor and texture.- Make your own beef broth by simmering beef bones with vegetables and herbs for a few hours.- Don’t skip the searing step – it adds flavor to the stew.- Add a splash of red wine or Worcestershire sauce for extra depth of flavor.- Let the stew sit in the fridge overnight before reheating and serving – this will allow the flavors to deepen even further.

I hope you enjoy making my Beef Stew with Chuck, my dear. It’s a recipe that’s close to my heart, and I’m so happy to share it with you.
